Ramadan
by Mona Hassan
USA

I Wake up to see the day,
There is something different about it today.
I say hold on,
It is Ramadan.
The Month is here,
It is the best time in the year.

I ran to my grandmother,
To greet her as I remember.
I go to pray,
As I do day by day.
I wanted to do and rest,
But I said that is not the best.

I opended the Holy Book,
And it gave me a look.
I read a chapter
And guess what I did after.

It was time to wat,
And my stomach started to dream
I had alot of choices,
But not alot of voices.

But as I told you that there is something different about is today
and if you do not me you will feel it someday.
